
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Thank you for choosing Solutioned LLC for your cybersecurity consulting needs. We understand that schedules can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. However, due to the nature of our consulting services and the commitment of our consultants' time, we have established the following cancellation and rescheduling policy.
Cancellation Notification
We require at least 24 hours advance notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.
Notice must be provided via contact@solutioned.com, or through our online booking portal.
Verbal cancellations are not accepted.
Deposit Policy (Non-Refundable)
The deposit collected at the time of booking is non-refundable.
This deposit secures your appointment time and compensates for the time allocated by our consultants.
Rescheduling Policy
If you provide at least 24 hours notice, you may reschedule your appointment once without forfeiting your deposit.
Rescheduling is subject to consultant availability.
Rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be treated as a cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required for a future booking.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
"No-shows" (failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice) will also result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
In the case of a no show, and future booking is desired, a new deposit will be required.
Virtual Session Attendance
Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and a suitable environment for your virtual consulting session.
Failure to connect or participate in the virtual session at the scheduled time will be treated as a "no-show."
Company Initiated Cancellation
In the unlikely event that Solutioned LLC needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will provide you with as much notice as possible.
We will offer you the option to reschedule at no additional cost or provide a full refund of your deposit.
Invoice Policy
Following the consultation, you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance of the consultation fee.
Payment is due within 30 days of receipt of the invoice.
